I am Jean Robles, the Executive International Director of CCES. I am also a licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant since 2016 and have had the pleasure of working with international students for over 35 years.
Since launching my immigration practice, I have worked alongside a diverse range of clients — including those in IT, photography, the TV and film industry, skilled trades, athletics, and of course, the health field.

I opened the first Canadian accredited college in Manila, Philippines in 1997 and operated our Caregiver/PSW colleges internationally for 20 years.
My goal was to help new immigrants gain the Canadian skills needed to find a job and live a prosperous and happy life in Canada.
In 2012, in collaboration with a Canadian registered nurse, we created workshops and courses specifically geared toward internationally trained healthcare professionals.
