Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly through forms on this site:

Newsletter signup: email address.
Contact form: first and last name, email, phone number (optional), subject, and your message.
Affiliate program applications (organization and individual): name, email, alternative email, phone number, alternative phone number, mailing/business address, city/province/country, social media handles, professional or business background, and — for approved affiliates — a PayPal email address and payee name for commission payments. We do not collect full banking details through this website.
Affiliate login-info requests: first and last name, email, phone number, mailing address, organization (optional), and any message you include.

Every form on this site requires you to confirm you are 13 years of age or older before it will accept a submission; submissions failing that check are not saved.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit to: respond to your inquiry; review and process affiliate program applications; administer the affiliate program, including tracking referrals and paying commissions; send you confirmation and status-update emails about a submission or application; and, if you request it, send an approved affiliate the password used to access the affiliate section of this site.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with:

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our infrastructure provider. Form submissions are stored in AWS DynamoDB, affiliate and admin accounts are managed through AWS Cognito, this site is served through AWS S3/CloudFront, and emails are sent through AWS SES. AWS processes this data on our behalf as our hosting provider.
Teachable — if you enroll in or purchase a course, that transaction happens on Teachable's platform, not this website. Teachable's own privacy policy governs information you give them directly.
CCES staff who review applications and respond to inquiries.

Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or session-replay tracking, and sets no tracking cookies. The affiliate portal uses your browser's sessionStorage to keep you signed in while you have the tab open; that information stays in your browser and is never sent to a third party. All fonts used on this site are hosted on our own server rather than loaded from Google, so your visit does not send your IP address to Google.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and every form that collects personal information requires confirmation that the person submitting it is 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain application and submission records for as long as needed to administer the affiliate program and for our business records. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've submitted, email info@thecces.com.
